'The talent management handbook' 'is wat je moet lezen als je up-to-date wilt zijn met alles dat met talentontwikkeling, succession management en talent-strategie te maken heeft. Het boek begint bij het begin: talent in kaart brengen. De 55 hoofdstukken zijn steeds door ervaringsdeskundigen geschreven en hebben betrekking op een specifiek aspect van talentontwikkeling binnen veelal grote organisaties. Het sterke punt hieraan is dat het boek praktisch blijft en ook handzame adviezen geeft. De spreiding van de hoofdstukken betekent waarschijnlijk dat niet alle hoofdstukken relevant hoeven zijn - gelukkig is dit geen probleem, via de index is zeer snel te zien welk deel van het boek op dit moment interessant is voor uw organisatie. De andere hoofdstukken kunnen in de nabije toekomst prima van pas komen.
