PTE Academic Online

The at-home version of PTE Academic, for those who cannot reach a test center.

What is it?

PTE Academic Online is the same as PTE Academic in terms of test content, scoring and format, but you can take the test from home.

This flexible test is suitable for study applications to institutions that recognize PTE Academic, but it is not currently accepted by governments for visa applications.

While taking PTE Academic in a test center is still the best option in most cases, PTE Academic Online is a great alternative when: Test centers are closed There is no PTE test center in your region You cannot easily access a test center You have a requirement that is better supported by an at-home test (e.g., a mobility restriction or visual impairment)
