De droom van het vrije verkeer van personen in de EU is bijna gerealiseerd. Straks de Roemenen en de Bulgaren nog en dan heeft niemand meer een vergunning nodig om hier te werken, althans minder dan drie maanden. Wie voor het langere werk gaat vindt toch de onvermijdelijke bureaucratie op zijn pad.
