About this online training
An increasing number of organizations start working and organizing with Lean, a method that strives for continuous improvement in a simple, structured way. This online training focuses on the basis of Lean, the Yellow Belt.
The training is set up, following the 5 Lean principles. In the context of this course, the most important principle (Focus on the Customer) means: striving for an optimal learning experience with maximum results.
Modern learning principles are used, aimed at behavioral change, consistent with everyday practice. The training makes you think about what you are doing now and how you can improve yourself and your organization, by applying the Lean principles.

Accreditation
The online training 'Active Lean Yellow Belt' has been accredited by the LCS (Lean Competency Center), at the level 1a. LCS is an internationally recognized institute focusing on the development of Lean-theory and the practical skills that go with it. An important task of the LCS is the testing and accreditation of education and training in the field of Lean. LCS is affiliated with Cardiff University. See also www.leancompetency.org
If you have successfully completed the final exam at the end of the training, you will receive a certificate with a reference to the LCS accreditation.

Final exam
Once you have completed and studied the above 5 topics online, you can immediately take the final exam (on your tablet, laptop or smartphone). If you pass this exam, you can download the certificate yourself with a reference to the LCS accreditation.
Conditions
Register and start immediately
The costs for the online training Active Lean Yellow Belt amount to € 275.00 (excl. 21% VAT). After registration you will receive a logincode with which you can start immediately. After receiving the access code, you have 1 year of access to the online training and the flash cards.
You can take the final exam immediately after completing the training. The costs for this exam are included in the price. You can take the test on your smartphone, tablet or PC / laptop. Successfully completing exam means you answered at least 24 of the 30 questions correctly. After passing the exam, you can download and print the certificate.
If you do not pass the test, you can take a re-exam. The first two attempts are free. After that we charge € 39.50 (excl. 21% VAT) per attempt.
