Paul Schmidt is trainer coach en mede-eigenaar van Mission Command, een organisatie die zich richt op leiderschaps- en teamontwikkeling binnen het bedrijfsleven en de (semi)overheid. Na zijn KMA-opleiding vervulde Paul binnen de Landmacht diverse leidinggevende functies op operationeel en stafniveau. Hij had een grote passie voor parachutespringen. Als semi-prof en lid van het Nationaal Team Parachutespringen behaalde hij 10 nationale titels en vele internationale prijzen. Daarna trainde hij de nationale jeugdselectie. Het trainen en coachen gaf zoveel voldoening dat Paul trainer/coach voor het bedrijfsleven werd.
