Women's Neurology

Women's Neurology, Second Edition, utilizes a case-based methodology and updated literature review on current best practices to present the most up-to-date information on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of neurological conditions when a patient is pregnant, postpartum/breastfeeding, trying to conceive, and in women in general across the lifespan. Disorders that may affect both men and women, but may have a different risk, prevalence, presentation, or treatment considerations for women are also presented. The book is divided into sections based on the type of neurological illness presented: from headache, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, stroke, ophthalmology, infectious diseases, and brain tumors.
