Practical Matrimonial Precedents brings the convenience and the practical value of having a complete library of precedent material for every stage of matrimonial proceedings. The two looseleaf volumes contain over 300 precedents, including draft letters and affidavits set out in accordance with the various stages in an action.
The precedents are accompanied by concise commentary and procedural checklists to help ensure that the correct procedure is followed, with nothing overlooked. Whenever alternative or additional clauses are required these too are provided.
Wherever possible, each precedent is entirely self-contained to facilitate photocopying or dictation. When a document contains one or more alternative clauses, this is clearly shown and specimen clauses are set out separately.
