The flexible, modular structure allows the textbook to meet the needs of a wide variety of Russian programs and language learners. This textbook structure will be designed to be easily navigated by language instructors with varying levels of teaching experience. Uses standard contemporary conversational Russian, as well as proverbs and sayings consistently throughout.
Offers a unique approach to Russian speech conventions, providing notes on appropriate speech behavior and etiquette. Cultural information provided throughout in Russian. An accompanying Student Activities Manual contains a wealth of practical exercises to reinforce the information presented within the textbook.
