Stunning artwork reproductions and informative bios for each artist are supplemented by introductory texts by top critics, artists, collectors, and activists.

Curated by Mohammed Afkhami – a renowned collector of contemporary Iranian art – in consultation with a team of expert curators, scholars and critics, the book’s featured artists and works reveal the remarkable creativity of today’s Iranian women artists. The book is itself an exquisite object, featuring a bespoke work on its cover created by artist Afruz Amighi.
