Samenvatting
In Lord Byron's Coat by Ege Eryürek, Thoros is a disenchanted New Yorker yearning for change. A revelatory trip to Astoria sparks a quest for a more authentic life, leading him to reconsider his art and relationships. As he battles dissatisfaction with his job, family burdens, and isolation, Thoros finds brief respite in Sweet Charlie's pub and heartfelt conversations with old friends. Yet, his move to Astoria unveils new challenges - a dilapidated workshop and the chaos of social encounters. Amidst the turmoil, Thoros seeks solace in music and new beginnings, navigating a path between his past discontent and future hopes.
