the first wizard on earth

When archaeologist Dr. Iris Halloran reveals the existence of a thirty-eight-thousand-year-old burial unlike anything science can explain, her life changes in a single afternoon. Buried beside the body is a strange carved bone — warm to the touch, marked with impossible symbols, and connected to a mystery humanity was never meant to uncover.

Because the man in the cave is not entirely dead.

Across dreams, forgotten histories, and hidden houses on lonely moors, Iris is drawn into the secret story of Alban — a boy from the dawn of humanity who became the first wizard on Earth. For thirty-eight thousand years he has waited in silence, guarding one unfinished regret from the distant past. Now, awakened by Iris’s discovery, he asks for one final chance to set it right before he dies forever.

Blending ancient myth, archaeology, quiet magic, and profound human emotion, The First Wizard on Earth is an unforgettable fantasy about memory, guilt, kindness, and the enduring weight of a single unfinished act. Perfect for readers who love thoughtful fantasy, hidden histories, and stories where magic feels both ancient and real.
