Amy's Luck

Amy's bad luck started when she lost her charm bracelet. And from then on, things just seemed to get worse, with bad luck happening to everyone around her. Feeling tired after losing three games of Snakes and Ladders in a row, Amy wonders can you make luck, or does it happen by accident? Are some people just naturally lucky? What would luck look like if you saw it? Why is bad luck different from good luck? Guided by her friend the talking ladybird, she sets off on a journey for the source of luck, visiting all sorts of strange places and encountering all sorts of strange creatures, including Mr Clognor who is forever tossing coins, Miss Starling who is determined to win the great race, and a talking bush who knows more about cake than any bush ought to.
