Erik de Haan is directeur van het Ashridge Centre for Coaching bij de Ashridge Business School en hoogleraar organisatieontwikkeling aan de Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Hij adviseert bestuurders binnen universiteiten en multinationale ondernemingen. Hij is tevens psychodynamisch psychotherapeut en schreef meer dan honderdtachtig artikelen en twaalf boeken.
